Major Accomplishments:

Interacted on an executive level with airline, leasing corporations and other clients with regard to FAA regulatory matters. These include developing programs and responses to FAA Airworthiness Directives, maintenance violations and inquiries, and recommending and implementing appropriate responses via FAA approved channels.

Generated and assisted in specific language for aircraft purchases, sales and lease agreements. Negotiated on my clients behalf for airframe, engine and maintenance reserves, parts provisioning, continuing maintenance support, maintainability and reporting procedures. Achieved substantial dollar saving by interpreting the contract proposals by applying the technical and legal skills on each aircraft transaction.
