By virtue of the "Airline Deregulation Act", Mr. Jackalus experienced five airline mergers and had worked for the same number of airlines. He rose up through the ranks to be Manager Special Projects at Republic (Northwest); Manager Engineering at Braniff II; Director of Engineering (Acting Vice President) USAirways; eventually leaving the airlines to form his own company.

Jackalus Aviation's extensive list of clientele includes the majority of major and national carriers, leasing companies, and OEM suppliers. Through teaming arrangements with selective partners, Jackalus Aviation provides regulatory assistance for pending FAA mandates; develops procedures for effective manpower utilization and technical procedures. Assists with waivers, extensions, deviations, exemptions, and penalties to FAA directives and citations.

Jackalus Aviation provides Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and Parts Manufacture Approval (PMA) technical assistance. Coordinates with the client on market research and coordination for providing materials, services, and technical data within the contracts language. Legal council is provided for matters involving aircraft and component accidents and incidents. Peter Jackalus' education includes BS in Aeronautics; an MS in Aeronautical Technology: and a Juris Doctor. Special training includes a FAA Airframe & Powerplant License and a FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER).
